For breakfast I had my usual. My phone was charging so I couldn't take a picture but unfortunately I ran out of lil smokies. So I basically had this: (pic from yesterday)

For exercise I did this over 20 minute workout from Senior Shape Fitness with only 4 pound weights, my smallest. It has been a long time last I did a proper workout so it is about time. It is very beginner friendly but unfortunately my out of shape fat ass only made it about 3/4 of the way through. My heart started feeling like it was getting bad heart palpitations and my left arm felt like I pulled a muscle or something. Weird. Played it safe and stopped. I had done 21 out of 28 minutes. Oh well. Goal is to finish it next time. 

Immediately afterwards I drank a protein shake made out of these ingredients:

Plus a yogurt

For lunch I had leftovers from yesterday but steamed broccoli. I didn't eat everything. As you can see I only ate the edges of the pork chop (or whatever tf it is) and most of the broccoli. 

For dinner boyfriend and I went out to eat at Fatburger. I ended up getting a skinny burger. What is a skinny burger,  you ask?

Daaamn!!!

It was greasy as fuck. Wouldn't get it again.
