Ooh, the start of a new year! I feel that this is a great time for me to finally get my butt back in shape. I went through many weight loss throughout my life but I want this one to be different. I lost the most weight ever over a year ago but gained some of it back. So this will be my relapse bounce back weight loss. 

I will probably be slow to update but I will definitely update something every day! 

Here is my starting point:


Okay, not great but it certainly could be worse.

I also have this app called Noom which led to me to handy stats for me to be the foundation of my health and losing weight journey

For breakfast, I usually have this every day because it is cheap and easy to make in less than 15 minutes.


For lunch I had a chobani zero sugar yogurt and a babybell cheese and then I had a salad!


And then for dinner I had wings! 


I begrudgingly use the Cronometer app now that my subscription to Carb Manager expired and I am too broke to afford a measly $40 yearly fee. Oh well. Free app is trash but I heard good things about Cronometer so I am trying that. Let's see how far this lasts. It is going to take some getting used to though.

All the exercise I did was a 15 minute strength training routine from Yes2Next. Just to get my body warmed up for future longer workouts.

I did get my 10k steps for the day.
